I am thrilled to share Creative Team member Shruti’s wonderful little mini-album with you today! Created as a family keepsake for her children, this little mini-album will hold photos of family members, notes and other memories and I am sure it will be treasured for many years to come!

The accordion album was constructed by cutting two 4.25″ strips of cardstock from a 12×12 sheet, joining them together and folding to create 3″ wide pages with a 0.25″ gusset between each page. The gusset helps add dimension to the album and allows some extra room to add all those fun embellishments and photo pockets!

Shruti decorated each page using a variety of printed papers, elements and journal cards. Most of the pages have pockets to hold photos (sized at approx 2.75″x3.73″) and there are also a handful of decorative pages without pockets within the album.

There’s also a fold-out concertina panel to include more photos, closed with this pretty ribbon tie. I love all the interactive details throughout the album!

Shruti used a wide range of different packs to create this album, but the main ones were All The Family: Adults 1 & 2, Weekend at Home (papers and doodles), Lovey Dovey Doodads and Joodle Journalers 3 and 5.

Isn’t it such a wonderful little album?! If you would like to see more, there are additional photos over Shruti’s Instagram account showing some extra details, along with a couple of reels walking through the full album with and without photos.
Special thanks to Shruti for allowing me to showcase this fabulous mini-album!
