Hello everyone! Betsy here sharing this adorable summer garden veggie card. This is so cute as an anniversary card or just an I Love You card. I’ve used the We Go Together Like digital stamp set.

I sized my images in my computer. I often do this printing it out onto copy paper for size purposes, adjust if needed, then print it onto white card stock. I then use the piece of copy paper to ink blend or whenever I need something underneath of what I’m working on.

I made my card base by die cutting the largest of a nested fancy die set. Then I used a die that was several sizes smaller from the die set to cut the focal panel before coloring.

I started with the carrot…so cute!

Next I moved onto the pea pod. Again, so sweet!

I die cut the sentiment using a 1 ¾” scalloped circle die. Then I chose 2 colors from the veggies…picking a mid-tone from each and colored the “together”. I added an enamel heart at the top of the circle. I foam taped the focal panel on and the added a few little pieces of foam tape to 2 of the edges as it overlaps the focal panel. I added liquid glue to the rest of the back of the sentiment so it would lay down flat. I added some small gems in both green and orange and that finished this adorable card!

I hope you give this card a try. It was super easy – minimal coloring and 2 die cut panels & a sentiment. If you do, please tag us on social media…we love to see what you are making!!!

Til next time…
Betsy
