Von Marie’s cu-tea gifts for tea lovers

by Von Marie

Hello everyone Von Marie here and I have some cute ideas for the Tea Lovers in your life. I love to give tea and I find these ideas quick and cute. I hope you enjoy!

hand made gift box and gift bag with cute illustrations

I first printed some images from the Tea Party Digital Stamps. You get so many wonderful images in this stamp set. I chose just as few this time. I used my scissors to cut around my images leaving a white border.

I then chose a box die for the top and bottom layer and thought this blue colored cardstock was pretty.

I then put the box together with liquid glue and will use a rectangle die to cut out some pattern paper from my stash for the top of my box.

I also grabbed a small Glassine bag that I thought would also make a cute tea holder as a gift. I then cut up another pattern paper rectangle to layer the Glassine bag.

Here is what it will look like with the tea bags, If you have smaller tea bags those will fit better. It was easy to fold the bag on the side to make it fit in the box and I tried 2 bags I’m sure 3 couldn’t fit. As for the Glassine bag, 1 tea bag seems perfect.

I decided to color my images with my Copic Markers and stamp some sentiments. Now my images are ready to be glued to these cute tea holders.

I had so much making these Tea Gifts. If not giving them in person, mailing them doesn’t seem too difficult. I think it’s a nice surprise for the recipient to share kindness. There are many images to choose from so have fun making your gifts.

Until Next Time!
