Sasha’s Do Not Disturb door hanger

Hello everyone! Sasha here. Have you ever wished you could make something that serves as a simple reminder to those around you that you do not want to be bothered? Well, let’s make a “Do Not Disturb” door hanger! I am using the Sleep Tight Digital Stamp Set to make my door hanger.

I started by uploading one of the adorable sheep images to Cricut Design Space. I printed it onto 100lb Hammermill cardstock and cut it using my Cricut Cutting Machine. I also used Cricut to print and cut “Do Not Disturb” text as well as cut out a basic door hanger. If you do not have a cutting machine, you can also cut a simple door hanger with a pair of scissors.

I started by cutting the door hanger base using my Cricut cutting machine. Then I used the adorable sheep from the Sleep Tight Digital Stamp set. I printed and colored the sheep before using Cricut’s Print Then Cut feature to cut it out perfectly. I also used my Cricut to cut the “Do Not Disturb” lettering for the front of the sign.

I coloured the sheep image using the following Ohuhu alcohol markers:

• Fur/Body: CG070, CG050, CG030, CGII00
• Face: E220, E210, E160

To finish off the sign, I used liquid adhesive glue to adhere both the “Do Not Disturb” text and sheep image to the door hanger.

And that’s it! Whether you want some peace and quiet from your family, or a more peaceful sleep, these door hangers are super easy and fun to make!
