Today is my design anniversary: eight years ago today I opened up my shop at The Lilypad! It’s been an amazing ride – my designing has gone from a little spin-off from my digital scrapbooking obsession, to my full-time job and I will be forever grateful to everyone who spent their hard-earned pennies on my doodles! I love being able to draw for a living, being able to connect with my customers and see how they use those drawings in their own memory keeping and crafting projects means the world to me. Thank you to everyone who has supported my little business over the past eight years!

To celebrate my anniversary I’m holding a few contests and giveaways! Here’s a quick run down of what’s going on this month:
- February’s blog challenge: scrap with the free template for a chance to win $15 to spend in my store
- Custom doodle contest: simply let me know what doodles you’d like me to create next to be in with a chance to win your own customised set of doodles
- Scavenger Hunt: work out what doodles are featured in each of these little sneak peaks to be in with a chance to win $25 to spend in my store
- Order Lotto: go shopping in either my Lilypad or Kate Hadfield Designs store this week and you’ll automatically be entered in a draw to win a $100 coupon to spend in the store later in the year

There will also be lots of new products and SOSN deals through the month! You might like to sign up for the newsletter to get all the latest information in your inbox (and of course, those exclusive subscriber discount codes!) Thank you so much for all your support over the last eight years, I hope you enjoy this month of celebrations!

2015 Scavenger Hunt – Win $25!
Wow, 8 years! That just goes to show how AWESOME YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a lot of designers are able to sustain such a great career, but the great ones do….such as yourself! I am sorry for my belated message, I wasn’t on my computer at ALL during the entire first half of February due to a tragedy that occurred. My daughter’s friend committed suicide on Jan 30th and I just couldn’t bring myself to get on my computer…I didn’t want to see any social media stuff, and I wasn’t ready to answer any questions to other friends who were curious. SOOOO with that being said, please accept my belated happy design anniversary to you! You’re so talented and I am a huge, huge fan. I just wish I could support you by shopping every week, trust me, I would if I could!!
I hope this month has been amazing for you!
Oh Candice, I am so sorry to hear your sad news. My heart goes out to you and your friend, I will be thinking of you.
