Hello everyone! Betsy here today sharing a card that's made for hot weather! I used the 100 In The Shade stamp set to make this. I made my Kraft card base, then cut a panel with aqua card stock that was smaller and I used a wavy 3D embossing folder on it. I then die cut my patterned paper and computer journaled my sentiment. I composed and printed out my elements. By grouping them together it really becomes one piece - so easy to cut out! I colored the images with Copic markers (colors listed in blog post). I fussy cut it out and ran a black marker around the outside edgeI adhered all the layers together and popped up the colored piece on foam tape. I used Stickles on the flower on the hat, the lemon and the sun on the suntan lotion bottle and I used Glossy Accents on the sunglasses and ice cubes! I added tiny gold sea shells and star fish! And that finished my card!
Til next time...
Betsy
