Otterly Wonderful!

This Otterly Wonderful card was so fun to put together. I stenciled on the watery waves with a mica spray. Then, using a craft knife, I cut slits so my otters could fit into the waves. I printed and cut out the otter to use and then went around the edges with a black marker. I put a small foam square on the backs of their heads and a bead of glue along the bottom and slid them in. I computer journaled the sentiment and colored the edges lightly with a few Copic markers. I I used mica paste and tiny dots of iridescent glitter glue on the water and sentiment!
