Tropical Blooms

This is such a happy design! I layered the flowers over the digital background paper and colored each flower using 3 shades for each color. I added checkerboard to the blue flower center and some of the leaf sections. I added silver glitter gel pen and iridescent bubbles and I added a black checkered bow! Die cutting the floral panel and popping it up on foam tape helps it to stand out! I used a dotted embossing folder for the yellow layer and black peel-offs between the green base and yellow panel!
