Lucky You St Patrick's Day card tutorial

Hello everyone! Sasha here. Today I’m sharing a fun, festive, (and very green!) St. Patrick’s Day card featuring the Luck of the Irish Digital Clip Art Set and the Penny Pinchers Digital Clip Art Set.

I started by uploading the images to Cricut Design Space to size and print them. I uploaded the “lucky” image from the Luck of the Irish Digital Clip Art Set, and the letters to spell “you!” from the Penny Pinchers Digital Clip Art Set. Once I had sized all the images to fit on a US A2-sized card, I printed them and cut them with my Cricut Cutting Machine.

To make the card background, I used Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide to ink-blend a simple green gradient onto the card.

I also splattered the background with some gold acrylic ink, which perfectly matches the St. Patrick’s Day theme!

To finish the card, I used liquid adhesive to adhere the entire “lucky you!” sentiment.

And that’s the completed card! With my favourite colour being green, I’m always happy to find any excuse to use it in my projects, and St. Patrick’s Day is the perfect one!
