If you were celebrating Halloween yesterday I hope that you had a great day with lots of treats and no tricks! We still have a handful of Halloween sweeties left from our visiting trick or treaters but I don’t expect them to last much longer… ๐ Many thanks to everyone who played along with October’s challenge and scrapped with Christa’s fun Quilted Template, it was great to see all your pages in the gallery! Rafflecopter picked DivaMom96’s fun But first, Coffee! layout as our winner for October, I love the controlled colour scheme here and how Deborrah used selective colouring in the doodles to match her colour palette! Please message me over at The Lilypad for details of how to claim your prize Deborrah!
Christa has created another fun template for us to play with this month, this time with a little hint of a vintage feel with the inclusion of that pretty doily! The paper cut border adds a strong graphic element to the page design too. This is a great template for showing off a special photo, especially one with a heritage feel!
Here’s how the Creative Team were inspired to use the template as the starting point for their pages. They all made the most of that bold border, using contrasting papers and doodles to create some eye-catching layouts!
