My pal Sara created these super cute Easter bag toppers that I am so excited to share with you today! I love bag toppers because they are so simple to make up (just print, cut out and fold over a bag of your favourite treats) and you can personalise them to make extra special little gifts! They’re also perfect for quickly making lots of party favours or class gifts. Sara created two different toppers, one for sharing a treat with your favourite ‘peeps’ and one to give delicious bunny tails snacks!
I filled these Bunny Tails bags with big marshmallows but you could use sugared donut holes, mini marshmallows, coconut treats or any small, white sweets – the fluffier the better!
Making up the bag toppers is really easy – just print, cut out (I used a paper trimmer but you could also use scissors or a craft knife) and fold over along the dotted line. I printed these on my favourite matte photo paper, but cardstock would work just as well. The toppers are sized at just over 6 inches wide so they fit a sandwich bag nicely with room for a handful of treats! I prefer to fix mine to the bag with a mini stapler, but you could also use tape to secure them.
The Favourite Peeps topper includes a version for US spelling (favorite) as well as UK spelling (favoUrite) – simply print the page you need!
