I don’t know about you, but I can’t believe how fast this year has flown! Here we are in August, and it’s time for a new blog challenge!
But wait! Congratulations to ledamperry for winning the Blog challenge for July! Please check your PMs over at TLP for details of how to claim your prize Leda!
So, on to this month’s challenge. When Kate and Nicole (who you will recognise around the digiworld as Ink and Pixels) get together, they make beautiful Project Life and other shaped templates. I made a slight variation on one of their templates, and came up with:
I know, it’s pretty simple – but you know what? See the magic you can create with it!
Creative Team Inspiration
from Bethany (aka bjthomas) (I love how she created an out of this world scene!)
from Christa (aka cfile) (I love how she changed up the angle of the template)
from Cynthia (aka THEMrsPeel) (I love how she used the template for a single photo)
created by me, Edeena (aka naughtsncrosses) (plain and simple)
from Elaine (aka Elaine Turola) (get a load of this fabulous hybrid card!)
from Iva (aka Damayanti) (I love how she’s combined photos and elements – LOVE her clustering)
from Jenna (aka Jenna) (love the scene she’s created for her photos!)
from Madlen (aka domad) (oh, the attitude! I LOVE this)
from Nicole (aka Ink and Pixels) (I love how she’s got the template sideways – and mmmmm ice cream)
and last, but by no means least, from Steph (aka PuSticks) (LOVE the details here – looks SO fun!)
- Download the template below. You can use it as is, flip it, resize it, do anything you want to make it your own!
- Create a digital layout, hybrid layout, or even a card. It can be any theme that you wish. The only requirement is to use Kate Hadfield products (your page should consist of at least 50% Kate’s products to meet with The Lilypad gallery requirements).
- Post your page in the Kate Hadfield gallery at The Lilypad.
- Stop back and leave a comment on this post, linking us back to your page by midnight EST 31st August 2014.
We will choose a winner randomly from all the entries to win the $15 gift card. Good luck everyone, I can’t wait to see what you create!
